HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DOLL? 

All dolls should be spot cleaned only.  They are not meant for rough and tumble play.

 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

I do accept custom orders.  Message me on Instagram so we can design your one of a kind Cozy Rosie.  I love to know about the person the doll is for, so I can customize it to their likes and interests.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Returns/Refunds are not taken. All sales are final once prepared for shipping. Cancellations within 24 hours will be accepted upon approval as long as the order has not been prepared for shipping. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all approved cancellations.

If there is an issue with a damaged item through the fault of our own please contact me and I am happy to help in resolving the issue. 

There are no refunds or returns on custom orders of any kind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me directly by mesaging me on Instagram or fill out the contact form on this site,  I am happy to discuss.
