She has beautiful brown skin and light blue hair. She has beaded buns that are the sprinkle on top of her sundae! Chloe comes with a removable tulle skirt, cherry hair tie, and a beaded ice cream cone. She has ice cream cone leggings that complete the look. Since she has elaborate beading, she is recommended for ages 4 and up. The beads are double sewn, but could pose as a choking hazard if removed.
